I was approached in 2023 about doing some promotional content for a solar company in Tempe, AZ. They were making tons of sales, but they were having trouble recruiting new talent. Well, new talent with the right attitude. When the sales manager told me they needed guys who were going to give it their all, not give up when the going got tough, and most important of all, not expect payment if they didn’t put the work in, I put together a plan. In three short months we were able to interview every employee, schedule, budget and shoot and edit thirty compelling videos for a variety of platforms, including YouTube, Tik Tok, and Instagram!
